Enabling Auditing serves to boost the capacity of people to be flexible and adaptive when facing variability and uncertainties. It builds in greater operational resilience. It uncovers what is helping and hindering performance and what people need to deliver safe work outcomes.
There is no
such thing as ‘desktop’ appreciative inquiry.
Historically, auditing has meant collecting work practice samples and compliance data and comparing these against rigid management system requirements or normative standards.
While this style of auditing can perform an important compliance function, its ‘desktop’ manner provides limited insights into how the system is helping or hindering people.

It offers both structure and methodologies to build upon when undertaking an audit that’s tailored to your organisation.
In each scenario, Resilimap® seeks to uncover an organisation’s capacity, variability, performance capability and the inherent vulnerabilities.

We offer Resilimap® enabling auditor courses across three levels – Explorer, Guide, and Pathfinder.
Level 1: Explorer
This two-day auditor training course introduces participants to the Resilimap® enabling audit philosophy and methods. We use experiential learning techniques to set participants up for success as auditors within their organisation.
Level 2: Guide
After completing our Explorer course, nominated participants can continue their training with this intermediate course. An Art of Work expert will coach participants during an in-field enabling audit event. Those that meet the Art of Work standard will be certified as Intermediate Resilimap® Enabling Auditors.
Level 3: Pathfinder
In this final certification stage, soon-to-be-minted Advanced Resilimap® Enabling Auditors will learn more about global reporting and improvement interventions. Participants will also learn how to effectively oversee and supervise up-and-coming auditors within their organisation.
