London Luton Airport has implemented a new program that has changed a common airport problem into a solution for many. Items which are confiscated at the airport are now being donated to food banks. Items, which range from drinks to toiletries to gifts, have been redistributed from Luton Airport to local charities in Bedfordshire. Canned Snow globes, soup and fruit were among an estimated 100,000 items confiscated from passengers and donated.
aurizon learning teams
Art of Work conducted learning teams for Aurizon across their three business units of Bulk, Coal and Network and across 8 depots located in Queensland, NSW and WA, with topics ranging from "Train Driving in Adverse Conditions”, “Shunting in Yards” to "Communications with Network Control". Some of the learning teams included personnel from multiple depots and one included a competitor with whom Aurizon shared rail facilities.

This project, set to become Australia’s largest logistics development, will feature a dedicated rail connection from Port Botany and incorporate the latest automated freight handling technology, including automated gantry cranes and driverless straddle carriers.
Art of Work was engaged by Qube to conduct a Human Factors Assessment of the rail operations of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal. The aims of the assessment were to:
Identify potential safety risks from a human factors viewpoint
Make recommendations to improve the resilience of the control systems
Assist Qube in gaining regulatory approval
