Participation in particular Art of Work masterclasses with proven engagement beyond the classroom will allow learners to unlock various levels of Lighthouse membership.
Lighthouse Associate Member: Anyone who has attended a masterclass within a 12-month period.
Lighthouse Member: Anyone who has attended a masterclass and has evidence of promoting Enabling Safety® (blog, article, paper, workplace initiative)
Lighthouse Steward: Enabling Safety®, plus four elective masterclasses.
Lighthouse Master: Enabling Safety®, Learning Teams, Enabling Measurement, plus three electives.
