Enabling People is about understanding what it is to be human. Putting yourself in someone else's shoes. Seeing things from their perspective. It's about trying to understand how people may respond to what's going on around them. When you engage with work from this perspective you stop trying to get people to change and fit the way you think things should be done. Instead, you challenge yourself to think differently. To come up with solutions that capitalise on human behaviour not work against it. That's when your organisation becomes exciting and creativity can really flow.

This portal introduces you to Enabling People knowledge resources. Here we continue to update learnings from industry, academia, and the lighthouse community.

As a lighthouse member, we encourage you to use and contribute to this knowledge centre.

This Portal is a resource centre to give Lighthouse members access to insights, research and enable the exchange of ideas for this new way of thinking and implementing these ideas. Resources will be continually updated together with the accumulated learnings and outputs from enabling people activities.
