Welcome to the Art of Work Academy: Learning Teams Guide Portal.

At Art of Work, we will help you find ways to improve your safety, truly engage your people, and reduce the inefficiencies that have encrusted around your business. We believe by improving work you will not only improve safety but also productivity, efficiency, and ultimately profitability.

This Portal is a resource centre to give the Learning Teams participants access to notes, research, and enable the exchange of ideas for this new way of thinking and implementing change. Resources will be continually updated together with the accumulated learnings and outputs from master class events.

Participants will initially have access to the portal for six months. Ongoing access can be obtained through a lighthouse subscription.
