Art of Work is now bringing the Enabling Leadership program to The Academy. Core to the program is the leadership shift from directing and telling people and reliance on behavioural traits to understanding work and what is required to facilitate successful work.
Enabling Leadership participants report that the core skills covered in the program have directly contributed to improved team member engagement, enhanced safe work performance outcomes, greater innovation and, importantly, demonstrated progress in applying Safety Differently thinking and practices.
